Recently our project team at Harrods Direct arranged a Show and tell session with our whole department. The purpose of it was to show our colleagues what we’ve been working on over the past few months and explain the ways in which we approached each project.

So, how did we do it? Well, in a nutshell, we started off by putting up visuals of planning diagrams, wireframes, sketches and full scale designs on the wall. We then explained what the requirements were for each project, the pitfalls we encountered and how we got around them.

The result? It was a big success and something that we’ll be continuing to do every couple of months.

I highly recommend doing this with your own team, you won’t be disappointed!

Take a look at some of the photos of the session below:

    Great job!
I use this approach as well. I can’t live without big boards, I even put them into my room 😉 http://www.flickr.com/photos/lewro/5933868476/sizes/o/in/photostream/

Thats a good idea – once I get my own home office that will be one of the first things I do!
